The warming scent of Asana is filled with the juices of sweet fig, patchouli and essence of vanilla. It's specifically blended to help create a sense of grounding and warmth. Asana can be beneficial for Vata imbalances such as insomnia and anxiety as well as soothing an overly hectic mind. Amber and clove make this scent very nurturing and comforting.
Roll on to pressure points as required or refill your pendant. Add drops to a room diffuser or blend a few drops with a neutral body oil (olive/coconut/sesame) to create an aromatic abhyanga oil blend (self-body massage).
